Harlequin Fayre offers 3 days at a wonderful medium sized event for the sale and exchange of services or goods, clothing, instruments and other items from independant traders

Generally stalls would be expected to provide their own Public Liability Insurance, but if you are a sole trader we may put you on our cover - please ask if you need this

     
       
   

We are looking for stalls that are unique, interesting, local, or offering goods you yourself have made. Please also mention any intended demonstrations, workshops and general colourful fun - the more the merrier!

Flypitchers or Blanket pitches are welcome provided the goods being sold fit in with the event and do not include any food or drink.

Please get in touch via an area co-ordinator before printing and sending in the relevant stalls form

We hope that stallholders will contribute items to be included in the raffle. At the end of the event we will collect donations from all stallholders and blanket pitch holders. This money will help in Harlequin Fayre's support of charities.

The following are not allowed on the site; Generators, Sound Systems, Animals, Fireworks, Paper Lanterns, Legal Highs, Glass bottles. Some solar power is available to plug into, by advance arrangement.

 
 

Camping is available behind stalls for stallholders. Stall holders will generally need to provide their own structure.
