To reduce the number of confrontations between security and fence-jumpers. * * * Lift Sharing; Please do! * * * What to bring; Everything you would take to a 3 days camping event, plus your Booking reference number & Password * * * What to not bring; the onsite caterers and bars provide a full varied menu from dawn till dusk, with good quality and organic ingredients and low prices. * * * When to arrive and leave; From 9am Friday 13th August, before 9pm in evenings. Please leave by Monday mid-morning so we can clear up. * * * Nearest services; Service Station, shops, hole in the wall; within cycling distance and for many, walking distance. * * * Nearby attractions; there are some good walks in the area, though we're not sure why you'd want to leave. There are also some activities for the family and the kids. Passouts will be issued so you can get back in! Vehicle passouts cost £5 * * * Bringing drugs; This is a child friendly family weekend, techno free. No drugs. * * * Selling drugs or alcohol; UK laws apply. * * * Free tickets; See the Crew page. * * * Selling own goods; Please do, but be sure to check the Traders page - pitch fees are very low to promote local traders. * * * Alcohol; Bar prices, as previously, will be low. Organic Beers from Spectrum Brewery, Organic Cider from Crones - both are exceptional local producers with many awards between them. Also wines, cocktails, etc. * * * Bring a TANKARD!! * * * Security; We have had no previous problems. Security teams and other measures will be in place to ensure your family are safe. * * * Last Minute Tickets; It is unlikely tickets will be available on the gate - buy now or watch this space. * * * Refunds; only before 1/7/10. Booking fee is non-returnable. * * * When it all ends; That's Midnight Sunday ~ nothing lasts forever, we hope we'll have all had a great time, 'till next time we meet in a fair field!

Terms and Conditions * * * The right of admission is reserved. * * * Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance. * * * Lost wristbands will not be replaced. * * * No animals permitted on site. * * * No Glass allowed on site. * * * Strictly no fireworks, or fires on site, except those provided by the organisers. * * * Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary. * * * Those that are, or appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol. * * * Medley Productions will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. * * * No unauthorised sound systems allowed on site. * * * Earliest entry is 9 am on 13/08/10 & must depart by 12noon on 16/08/10. * * * All vehicles are liable to be searched, and must be parked in designated areas as directed by traffic marshals. * * * Vehicles parked on and off site causing obstrucion will be towed away. * * * No day tickets are available. * * * Gates will close at 9pm 13/08/10 & 14/08/10 for entry/re-entry & will close at 4pm 15/08/10.
